Are you passionate about baking and love working with customers? We’re looking for a team member at our family-owned market to manage the bakery counter, bakery product displays and serve customers. Full time position. This will be 35-40 hours per week depending on business needs. This position reports to our Bakery Manager.
What you'll do: Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and address needs of customers in a timely and effective way. Our goal is to delight the customer and exceed their expectations!
Stock our bakery case with fresh high-quality products ready to offer our customers
Provide customer service, including helping customers with their selections, as well as answering customer questions and making recommendations
Maintain a fresh and attractive product display by rotating products and stocking shelves with fresh product
Ensure correct and helpful signage and pricing in department
Support the bakers and decorators, as needed in preparing a variety of cakes and desserts consistently and in a time effective manner
Other duties as assigned

Desired work experience
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Bakery experience ideal, but not required
